30 hours at 75c. Bagged with smoked paprika, muscavado sugar, treacle, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard powder, chilli flakes, and probably some other stuff Ive forgotten. Bag liquid was reduced down in a pan and added to onions & bell peppers, then mixed with the shredded pork to make epic fajitas.
